Thought I finally sourced my finny , Got there and realized she was too far gone. The body and interior was great, all the bright work there, the engine , I could turn by hand, but the rust ...oooo the rust , the underside gone, the shock towers gone, the trunk -gone. I told the owner to part it out ...the search continues ..

I remember when Ron was a "Newbie" and what he did with Libby.

I think he realizes now what an intense labor it was and he just doesn't want to do it all again! I can't say that I blame him.

I'd still love to find either a mint 108/109 to keep mint, or a rust-free one with issues someday to resto-mod but that's unlikely anytime soon!

Take a trip to Ca with a trailer-there are plenty here. I see rust free ones in the Pick N Pulls that look like the owner just didn't want to fix it again.

LOL guys I really would have snatched this up in a minute had she been half, OK....3/4 of the starting point of "libby" Just too far gone, I have spent that last day trying to convince myself I should go and get her , but ... I just know she is too far gone. The owner wants to sell her whole. I am thinking of making an offer which will include delivery to me so I can part her out-- she deserves that much
