W108 Accelerator Pedal

So I know there's 2 types of accelerator pedal covers for this car but I'd like to know which one I need since mine is missing the rubber. The rod on my car comes down and looks like a J-shape next to the brake pedal.

The best way to find out is to call the dealer. Give them your VIN and let them tell you the part number.

Pelican list a OEM pedal for less than $15. I plugged in a 1973 280 4.5 and with another step or two went right to the pedal listing.

I got the right one I needed for my car and unfortunately, mine happened to be the pedal that is nearly $100.
