Question about Wood

I would like to know if I should put any type of oil on the inside wood of my 250 so the would doesn't crack.

If so, what type of oil should I use.

Thanks,

The wood in your car has a heavy polyurethane finish that looks like it's been encased in plastic. Feed it nothing.

Mercedes' method for wood refinishing is 20 coats of urethane plus a UV block.

The wood is sealed in plastic.

You can use car wax on it I suppose.
