250s parts availability - generally

I've run across a '67 250s that I may take a closer look at. But before I gird up my loins, I wanted to know how available (or unavailable) parts are. I've previously owned an '84 300D and a '66 Mustang, so wrenching isn't a problem. But you can't wrench if the parts are unobtainium...

The w108 chassis parts should not be too hard to come by, but the front suspension does seem to be based on brass parts that are best to obtain from used cars, because if they were still available, I'm sure they'd be a fortune.

The 2.5 straight six isn't too common, but it's not like the consumables you'd need for it will be too hard to find, as long as it is US Spec. If it's a euro / manual trans, parts can be harder to find. The dual zeniths can be rebuilt with readily available parts. Keep the leather accelerator pumps though as the blue neoprene (?) replacements are not nearly as good.

Does it run and drive? If not, it will be a big project.
