w108 new muffler and right trunk floor

I'm posting this here because I think most of us don't look at the For Sale section.

Years ago when I needed a muffler for my w108 I could not find any online. So when I had an order coming from vendor in Italy I had them send 2. Well, I'm pretty sure the one I put on my car is going to last long enough that I don't need the second one.
It's made for the 6 cylinder models, but it's identical to the one on the V8 cars, except the inlet tubes are 1-2mm smaller. The outlets are the same size. A muffler shop had no trouble fitting one to my 4.5. It's made of aluminized steel. I'd like to get $69 plus shipping from North Texas.

I also have a right side trunk floor, the one under the spare tire. I ordered a pair from Germany, but I only needed the other one. $49=shipping

What make is the muffler?

Is trunk panel factory or aftermarket?

No idea, I bought it and its pair from Germany for a pretty penny. So MB is still making replacement body panels for these cars? That would be very unusual for a manufacturer.
