76 280c 110.921 engine intake manifold removal and torque specs

need to remove intake manifold fr a 110.921 engine does anyone have the proper procedure and torque specs ? reason why need to remove intake is to get to bolt that holds egr valve valve is stuck open because whn apply vacuum to valve vacuum holds but when when vacuum realeased hear no clicking noise might need cleaning or replacement might be better idea

Those EGR valves are probably stuck open or closed within the first decade of operation.

Unless you're failing emissions testing I'd suggest plugging all related vacuum hoses and ports. Removing the intake manifold on USA M110 sedans is a knuckle-busting operation at best.

When removing the cylinder head for overhaul I leave the manifold attached--it's much easier to dismantle and reinstall on the bench
