Door striker latch locking eye w111
Hi,
Does anyone have a driver side (right) one of these with just the three holes I can buy from you? I can't find any with three holes on ebay presently. I think I saw some a few months back but they were in Germany and kinda pricey. But I wonder now, looking at the pic that shows a place for a 4th screw. I wonder if the 4 screw version will work just fine? Mine are two parts and the part with the big hole that receives the male door part is really loose from the plate with the 3 screws so the door won't close tight. I got this one welded once already, but it didn't last. I'd be much obliged for a part number as well. I found this one A1107201204 but it does seem to get me anywhere online. Thanks Eddie

Try part number 110 720 06 04.
That is the number for a right hand side. I think the left hand is 110 720 12 04 but i might be incorrect on that one. |

I just picked up a 200 fin car so there's a good chance I might have that part.

Thanks, I think that is the one. But I bet I can use the 4 hole one too.

If it's 81 on the diagram, You're correct the part # A110 720 12 04

The four hole ones seem to be on the 108's and 109's. At least I have found them on those bodies. They appear to be interchangeable. Perhaps Mercedes decided to use a little more strength in the newer cars? |
