Price for 72 280SEL?

So I have been thinking of selling my 72 280SEL for some tine now. I stumbled on a guy who is looking for a project car, and already has an older SL.500. He is coming to look at it tonight. I would like to know what you guys think is a fair price (ballpark).

69,xxx miles
Medium blue (oxidized pretty bad, but can shine up to look decent)
Brightwork is good
Blue MBtex seats in good condition, no tears
Carpet is good
Headliner is detached in back, should be replaced.
Becker radio works
Horn works
Door seals need to be replaced
Glass is good
Drivers door regulator is bad, all others work
AC doesn’t work, but blower does
Vent levers are good
Tires are good
Pertronix ignition
Transmission is good
Engine always starts, slightly lumpy idle.
No oil leaks
Small PS leak

Overall has solid bones. California car and AZ it’s last 10 years.

Hope that’s enough info to gauge its value.
