Heater Core Identification ?
Hello all and thanks in advance for any info anyone might be able to provide.
I picked up some Mercedes parts and tools and was hoping somebody could identify a few of them. This is marked "BEHR" and is has a plate marked "132291K4" it's air- coolant heat exchanger core and it has a valve built into it at one end. It's 4 inches tall, 2 1/2 inches thick and 18 1/2 inches long. If anyone can point to the model and year it might be used for I would appreciate the info. Thanks |

Are you sure it is a Mercedes part? Behr made OEM parts for a lot of car manufacturers. Whatever it is it pre-dates the MBs from the 50s because they all used cables and not linkage to operate the valve - I think. I am curious about the tools you have. Any part numbers for them?
