Heater Core Identification ?

Hello all and thanks in advance for any info anyone might be able to provide.

I picked up some Mercedes parts and tools and was hoping somebody could identify a few of them.

This is marked "BEHR" and is has a plate marked "132291K4" it's air- coolant heat exchanger core and it has a valve built into it at one end.

It's 4 inches tall, 2 1/2 inches thick and 18 1/2 inches long.

If anyone can point to the model and year it might be used for I would appreciate the info. Thanks

Are you sure it is a Mercedes part? Behr made OEM parts for a lot of car manufacturers. Whatever it is it pre-dates the MBs from the 50s because they all used cables and not linkage to operate the valve - I think. I am curious about the tools you have. Any part numbers for them?

Hey, thank you very much! I obtained it with a majority 121 190 SL stuff but there appears to be some 113 stuff mixed in along with some few miscellaneous newer 123 and 126 things.

The old guy passed away and his passion was 190 SL but over the years he fooled with 1950s-60s-early 70s cars.
