Zenit INAT 35/40 throttle axle air leak. Where to find a new axle?

Hello, I have an air leak in my w111 220s Zenith carbs through the butterfly throttle shaft. It's possible that the shaft is worn or maybe the carb body (need to dissasembly them to know it)

If the carb body is worn I can insert a bushing in the hollow of the shaft, but if the shaft is worn I cant find any new shaft. Anybody can help me?
