1972 MB 250 w114 Radiator?

Hi Everyone,

Anyone know where to get a radiator for w114. One I had leaked, so took to radiator shop...they said 80% clogged (no good).

Any thoughts/suggestions/directions would help.

Thanks in advance,

Jub

A radiator shop will need to re-core it.

Otherwise eBay or the forum FS section for a used one.

I have had to have radiators re-cored on a few vintage Benzes because new radiators were not available or several thousand dollars from Mercedes.

$777 to have re-cored, cleaned, painted....yikes!

Can only find w115 radiators on eBay Germany ~200.

Question: will this smaller radiator work (looks like same tubing).

I used to have a couple stored when my daughter was driving a 250coupe.
Might still be up in the shop attic, if they escaped the periodic metal drives.

Send me the dimensions and hose locations and I'll check to see if I still have them.
One was from a coupe, one from a sedan, both M130 engines, and no leaks noticed before pulling. Located in Chesapeake, VA.
Both were pulled from automatics.
