1960 220SEb Seats

Found excellent Original seats, front buckets and rear bench, black vinyl in a 1960 220SEb. How can I remove them the easiest way? Does the car has to be raised to access nuts/bolts from the underside? Any advise will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I think most mercedes can be removed from inside the car. There are iIrc 10 mm head bolts which screw down into the floor. Push the seats forward to expose the back two bolts then forward to expose the front. A mercedes sedan seat weighs at least 50# so be prepared for that.

Good luck!

Just like you say. I got them, thanks a lot. They are heavy indeed!
