W_108 1967 250 S

I've been slowly restoring a 1967 250 SE and have many interior/exterior/trim parts from a 1967 250S available. I don't have much room to keep the S, so before I send to the junk yard can someone please off advice what keep and what to trash. All the glass is good with the exception of the front window.

Thank you

If you have room to save everything, save it. Fenders, doors, floorpans, rockers... any / all of it is known to rust on the 108 and rust-free non-crushed cars are getting harder to find. Limit what you keep to what you have room for.

The wheels are worth saving, as are both front and rear axles, though that might make things complicated.

wood. pretty trim bits like those switches.

I know somebody who desperately needed a cylinder head and cam shaft and searched for months. They did eventually find one.

The automatic transmission and fluid coupling are also hard to find from time to time.

But it is a hard decision. With so few cars out there, sometimes having the person with the part find the person with the need gets tricky.
