ACCII woes - servo runs, but no heat or "park"

Hi all, I'm having a bit of a strange issue with a newly installed (junkyard) ACCII servo unit in my 77 300D.

With the newly installed unit, when I adjust the temperature wheel all of the vacuum modules adjust properly, closing the center vents when in heating mode and adjusting fan speed etc, but even with the wheel set to the full 85 degrees the air blowing from the vents is still the ambient outdoor temperature.

The servo I removed from the car - a craked 102 unit - would only blow hot all the time. I understand that the 102 units were calibrated for gassers, and my "new" one is a 104. If this could be the issue with lack of heat how would I go about adjusting it?

Also, although I can hear the servo running when I adjust the temperature wheel, it does not run when I shut off the car to enter its "Park" mode. I've heard mention in other threads of an inline fuse that can blow and cause this, but I've been unable to find it in the car.

I really appreciate any help anyone here can offer, and hopefully, I can make it out of this accii jungle with my sanity still intact.

Thanks!!!!

You may need to spring for an A/C service manual. The system you are talking about is complicated and the service manual breaks it all down to easy steps.

These things once cost hundreds of dollars but digital copies are available on Evil Bay. Sometimes actual service manual hard copies show up, and their price has decrease since the digital versions are so cheap.

Make sure it is the manual that covers the 116 and 123. And the body manual will not cover this. Nor will the chassis manual. The A/C manual is a stand alone thing and is much thicker than you might suspect.
