What would you suggest with a 120k income?

Really want a Mercedes. Had a used 2004 when I was younger but have never had a newer car. Want something with newer technology but not sure if I should go brand new or CPO. What could I qualify for? I really like the new c300 or an e class from the past few years. Credit score is slightly under 700. 120k income w/ about $30k per year in expenses not including food/misc purchases. About $4k debt on credit cards.

I think a 3-4 year old car is the best bang for the buck. CPO is usually good.
E class is a nice car.

Some finance guy will be happy to finance you up to a G wagen and a 10 year loan. Depends how flashy you want to be and how much money you want to tie up in a loan. Best bet is to put some aside for a few months for a down payment and shoot for a CPO C or E class.

I would buy used with an extended warranty. If it breaks it will join the other newish Luxury cars at the Pick n Pull.
