Question What early '70s cars had parts starting "130..."?

I bought a side marker light (part number 1305233006) and it doesn't fit my car (a US 107) but the trailing edge is at the same angle.

My guess is it's either from a 116 sedan or a euro headlighted 107.

How can I tell what this thing is so I can (re-)sell it?

Unhappy Clarification

I neglected to mention the part is a FRONT side marker light.

The side view is evident in this photo:

I got tricked by the lack of a front view. A US 107 is curved at the front edge like this - ( - to go around the outer headlight of a quad headlight set. The front edge of Euro 107s and 116s are much straighter like this - [ .

There may be other MB's with similar front side marker lenses, but my question assumed the one on eBay was either from a 116 sedan or a Euro 107 roadster.

I just want to know what it is so I can advertise it appropriately.

Looks like it's from a W126 or W124 chassis. I'll check today, I think I still have an old one around.

No "SAE"

It has a big R (right side, I presume), then BOSCH GERMANY.

In a separate location, LE1357F.

If its a w126.. its not the sedan but convertible. But I don't think its a w126. I think it belongs to one of those mid to late 70's s-class sedans.
