+++ 108 booster removal +++
Finaly got the booster of.
Don't do what I did, forget about the 4 bolt at the booster (you can do that later). They are a PITA to remove and one is onremovable (I even cut part of the insulation to get at it) Here are the 3 easy steps : 1) detach from brake pedal 2) While you'r down there.... remove inside bolt (13mm) 3) remove outside bolts (13mm) NOW you can take care of the booster bolts!!! The pic is a view of the cleaned-up "braket" on new (used) booster.

is that a single diaphram, or a dual diaphram brake booster?
Cause if I remember correctly, they can't be interchanged. |

here is the "new" used booster instaled.
I have painted the subframe with black rust paint over a metal converter spray. If you wonder how I got the rservoir so clean, I used some "spray & wash" for frabric. Works very well. The new master is a FAG on ebay for $40US. I'll be making a costum battery tray and show you that later in another thread.
