Can someone tell me if this diff. is locking?

I have the VIN number of a diff someone wants to sell me. They don't know what model 450 it came out of. I know that th 6.9's had a ZF locking differential. Can someone decode this serial number and tell me if this diff. is a locking model? Thank you in advance.

R1163510908 then a Mercedes logo then 2.
