Value of 230S Universal Wagon

I'm just curious what the value would be on a restored, (though not ground up), 1967 MB 220S Universal Wagon, with a standard transmission? Is this a collectable vehicle, or is it too much of an oddity? Thanks.

1962 220SEB MB "Fintail" Sedan
1963 Vespa VNB Motor Scooter (restored)
1992 MB 300TE 4Matic Wagon
1995 Subaru Wagon AWD

They're collectible because they ARE an oddity. I'd guess maybe 20 - 40% more than a comparable sedan. It depends on how rusty / patched-up it is.
(You said it WASN'T a ground-up restoration)

Happy Motoring, Mark
