1975 450sl mystery wires & hoses

I have finally started to get my 450SL operational. It's only been sitting 2 years since I purchased it.

I've three sets of mysteries. Click on the undertlined text to see pictures.

#1: The ignition & missing A/C hose. I know what the ignition schematic says, and I know that this wiring has been "fixed". Does anybody have a decent picture of a 450sl engine compartment so I can make it look accurate? Also, where does the A/C hose go? What about the vacuum lines on that EGR valve?

#2: Passenger side, front fender wiring Here are lots of connectors, and even a pair of wires cut, what do they go to? I suspect that they are a set now-missing vacuum relays and the like. Whe should those ground leads bolt to? Once again, a picture would be very, very helpful.

#3: The wiring for the temp gauge. Take a look at the master cylinder. The wiring for the brake fluid sensors have one extra lead coming off. It goes off to the driver's side cylinder head and has two leads. One connect to the temp sensor, and the other one is just floating free without a connector. Can somebody confirm that what I just described is correct? What does that other wire connect to, what does the connector look like, and which wire is which?

Of course, there's still the original issue of my repairing the EFI wire harness, but I'm getting there.

Thanks.

a lot of the 80's cars use 2 solenoids to get a certain %of opening on egr valves, or idle valves, maybe the sl's got something similar?
