spark plug wires

i put a bosch wire set on my 300sel to replace the bosch wire set that was on there.

1. should i put factory wires on there?
2. whats the best way to go about it? they seem to sell a spool of wire and all the connectors seperate

Separate connectors, noise suppressor plug caps will put you in the poorhouse. I have always just bought the wire and cut it to fit with razor blade....... cant remember what guage or impedence wire though - something made local, aftermarket. Very rare for screw fit plug connectors to fail. The improvement of new wires will be immediately noticeable.
