Aussie car so is rhd. seems to be comming from kick plate then onto floor. water comming in from the side rather than front firewall. Now onto the roof small rust area rhs on main roof.(not sunroof panel)

got air conditioning?

i'm pretty sure it has something to do with the air conditioning and some tubes being blocked, both the cars my relatives own have this problem, just a matter of time of getting in there and looking around

Has the windshield gasket ever been replaced? Mine leaked in there and ran down where the parking brake pedal is. It's dry now.
Thanks
David

Check the rubber boot that covers the wires and vacuum tubes that go from the door jam into the door. I had the same problem and fround that they were rotten. Mine in a 115 300D run about $57 each which ain't cheap but you got to have them.
