You guys ought to get a good laugh out of this. BOTH my cars, the W115 200 and W107 500SL have been sidelined this week-one with a leaking head gasket, the other with a leaking transmission.
However, the W115 can still be driven with no pressure cap on the radiator as the gasket is leaking combustion pressure into the cooling system and dumping coolant, with no pressure, it runs OK
Both are awaiting their turn in the shop

ouch that hurts to hear. Hopefully they can give you a buy-one-get-one-free deal on those repairs
