1965,1967,1971 coupes and parts for sale

On this day, the saddest day since Sinatra died, I have decided to sell all of my clunkers and parts. I have restored to a degree a couple of these and unfortunately, between the crack heads and thieves in Atlanta, to not having storage from the sun in my new home in south Ga. (near Waycross, Jacksonville Fla.) I am watching them rot in front of my Eyes. I do not want to tie up the threads here selling my projects, so please let me know if any one needs anything for 108/109/111/112 cars. My 1972 300sel 4.5 is now on ebay #4537511443, soon to follow unless any one here is interested: 1965 300se coupe VERY restorable 1970 or 71 280se 3.5 low grille coupe restorable and a rust bucket 220se 4 speed coupe All with sunroofs. A couple of rare options: rear fog lights, fire ext. etc. I would love to sell to a fellow Mercedes shop forumer! Private messages welcome.

Interior for 111 sedan?

Do you have a good interior for a 111 sedan?

No, Just 111 coupes. Let me know what color or parts you need as there is a bone yard called Pull-a-part in Atlanta that I frequent that gets a few every year. They have a web site. There was a flawless 111 200 Diesel there 6 Mos. ago.

Parts to complete my w111, 1971 3.5 280SE coupe

I would be most pleased if I could source three original items for my coupe:
(i) the control knobs for the BEHR a/c unit - mine are cracked.
(ii) the chrome plated end cap for the rail that the seat moves forward and back on - I have one but need two to complete the interior.
(iii) I also have a driver's side sun visor that keeps falling down and does not match the passenger side. I suspect that the less used passenger side of LHD coupe would be the driver's side of my RHD coupe. Happy to purchase the pair and pay for shipping of all available parts.
Cheers

The visors are champagne in colour - but I can recolour any as long as they are not too dark.
Cheers

Electric Fuel pump available?

If you have an electric fuel pump that fits a 1963-65 111, I would be interested.

Greg, I may have one from a 65 220se but I think the rubber seal was leaking. I will double check this sunday.

The 3.5 coupe - how much are you asking and what is its overall condition on a scale of 1-10? Pics?

I will take pics of the cars and reply around monday. I have to put them on a rack to fully determine the amount of rust. I believe the 3.5's rust is minor though.

Out of respect to all looking for real advice and help with vintage M.B.'s, all people interested with my post/cars should send me a private messeage. My fax # is 404-521-0521. Please understand if it takes a couple of days to reply as I am in the process of moving 250+ miles. I hope I don't sound too Sappy but you guys and the occasional girl are the main reason I will miss owning an old Merc. Who know's, Maybe an old pontoon is in my future?! All apologies to anyone and everyone. This forum should be kept commercial / profit free. Thats my political statement for the next 10 years!

With all due respect to the Moderator, I am not sure why this thread should be closed. Perhaps it should be moved to the Classifieds.
