Found w116 head light wipers

I found a EURO w116 in the junkyard today with wipers on the headlights. one question is how rare is that I have seen a couple dozen w116 euros but never with wipers on the head lights I have euro lights for my w116 can I just take the obvious wiper parts the arms motors sheet metal below the lights and as much of the wiring as I can get? Do they have there own washer fluid reservoir or do they use the main reservoir and should I take it. Is there any thing that will not be readily apparent that I need to know about? My euro lights do not have the vacuum adjust might that be important any help or information greatly appreciated.
A very happy Dave S

Try taking all the parts connected to the headlight wipers, motors, wiring, not so sure if it has a separate washer tank for it. There should be wiring and relays for it too. Yes, take it. It will be nice to have those in your car...

In my 116 car (euro) I have these wipers.
The water comes from the same reservoir, but there is a different pump, situated right next to the pump for the windshield. I can look deeper if you have questions. I am from Finland.

Thats cool...I would love a setup like that.....but chances of finding a complete donor with everything together is a reare find...grab exerything that goes with it even if you don't use it somebody would buy it.
