i think i got it!

well i just started the car after changing the intake gaskets and seals, and all of the water hoses.

so all of my water hoses were seeping, the intake to block gaskets were also seeping coolant.

the intake half seals, looked ok they were still soft, i think they were ok.

the injector seals were definately bad, i also changed all the fuel lines, they looked ok, just old.

i also changed the water pump for no reason.

results: hot start problems are gone, car seems to run cooler too, i added about 5 degrees of timing (0btdc) and it sounds really mean now
