Hi all

Ive been selling Mercedes Benz 1973 for few months now...the price was 1800 eu and there was no real interest in the car..so Ive decided to ask memebers of this forum

What do you think, what price is right for MB 1793

Speaking as a fellow in the US...

first, you have "nice" pictures of the car. I have gotten very familar with the driver's side headlight, what about the rest of the car?

second, you describe in the web site's "repair" section that the car was in poor shape, but w/o detail of either the problems or the solutions.

third, it's a 200, meaning a small 4 cylinder gas motor. Not a car that generates a lot of excitement.

If the interor is pretty,
If the rest of the car, especially the underside is as solid as that one fender appears to be,
If the car passes all safety and emissions inspections,
then it's probably a good solid car and worth considering for purchase.

BUT, nothing on that web site backs that up and with it being one of the smallest of the small mercedes, there won't be a lot of interest. At some point, there is a trade-off between "what it's worth" and "what you can get for it".

...Our fellow european owners may have a different perspective.
