Need help with parking lights
Hi
To pass the registration control here in Norway I need to change my yellow (US) parkinglights to white ones like these. Does anyone have a pair for sale, or know where to find a pair

If you can't get them from Mercedes, try Phil here at Fastlane/PartsShop or try Ebay. There are other suppliers of new and used vintage Mercedes parts - Check 'Hemmings', However, I've never seen clear versions of the factory 'Faux-Fog' parking lights that were installed on the later US-market 108 cars.
I have seen similar looking clear aftermarket lights in autoparts stores but they;re usually cheap ones from Taiwan or China. If you want genuine clear Mercedes lights, you may have to remove your 'Faux-Fog' parking lights and install the clear 'bullet' lights from an earlier car. Another option is to install light sockets into the clear plastic lenses by your headlamps, like my '60 Fintail had before I converted my headlights to the Euro type. You'll probably need to run your parking light wires through your headlight wiring tubes. Then you can install REAL foglamps where your parking lamps used to be. Happy Motoring, Mark
