Spotted!

Spotted at a place called Mark's German Auto, or was it Mark's Automotive? This was on Route 14, just north of the Illinois/Wisconsin border.

This is funny, I just spotted a similar vintage SL sitting in a park-n-sell type car lot yesterday.

Got a town name or so? I have taken Hwy 14 to Harvard, IL and not too sure about having seen such a shop but I might be taking a trip that way soon.

Yes. Germans are particular about centering the plate on the bumper.

HAHA! your good! LMAO!!! Its soo true, I didn't catch that issue til you commented, yes it would have to be pulled off the autobahn and inspected. They probably would want to measure the lettering height and weight and verify it conforms to spefications listed in the TUV 21.011.0245sec0245subsec011
hehe, what a riot
Leonard
