Removing seat back magazine netting 111 cpe

I need to redye front bucket seats in a W111 280SE 3.5 coupe but can't figure out how to remove the magazine netting on each seat back. There is one phillips head screw on the lower frame in the middle, but it appears as if the other anchor points are riveted into the seat back! Anyone else BTDT? I'd like to get the netting off so I can redye the seat backs.
