Price check on a 1978 280ce

Wondering if someone can give me an idea of the value on my 1978 mercedes

Interior is in good condition

Exterior is good but the hood has some oxydation

Brand new brakes

new regulator

brand new from suspention

has issues with the battery ( keeps dying)

very sm trans leak

is the climate control working?
you might have a messed up servo if your battery keeps going flat.
there are other reasons for a battery to go flat, but in a car with a servo, that would be the first place I would look.

I like those coupes but, sorry, I don't know their value.

Who knows?

It really depends on your market, and who is looking for a 280CE that day. From your brief description, I would say 1250-1750 assuming you can fix the electrical problem and claim that its a "dependable daily driver." If you have to jump it for the buyer, take another 500 off.

you mean the heat and ac, they work fine. although for the heat to work it has to be on defrost.
