help with 108 dash removal.
i just recently acquired a 68 250s, i'm currently gutting the interior to make way for sheetmetal work. I'm trying to salvage the heavily cracked up dash. But i don't know where to start the removal process. I've managed to remove the gauge pod, the glovebox, and the ashtray. I don't know where and how many fasteners there are... any help would be greatly appreciated. a diagram or two would be super.
thanks guys

i got the top dash pad off a while ago, there are 4 screws under the wooden dash bow, i removed those and just coaxed the dash pad forward, encountered a bit of resistance with the "friction fit?" tabs.
i wish to remove the lower dash pad but i don't know how to lower the steering column safely, do i just unbolt the retainer and swing the whole thing down?

At the most you just have to loosen the steering column bolts so the column moves down just a bit. This also uses friction fit clips to hold it against the chrome trim.

It is screwed in. Screws are hidden under the vinyl.
