Today's Forbes article on Yahoo using nice old MB steering wheel picture! Why?

It's just a stock photo they picked -- practically at random -- to illustrate the article. Ironically, the article is about modern cars. Even more ironic is that the steering wheel shown is an early MB "safety" steering wheel, with a crash pad in the center!

True it is a stock photo but I'd bet they didnt pick it at random...probably the neatest looking steering wheel picture they had.

Rather cute. I just wrote a "letter to the editor" at forbes.com.
I'm interested to see what kinda reply it generates. -CTH

lookie what is on eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MERCEDES-BENZ-W108-W109-W110-W111-W112-STEERING-WHEEL_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ34206QQitemZ4584135043QQrdZ1

Yup, I hadn't noticed that the stock picture is possibly a RHD.

I thought it was interesting that they chose an old wheel, perhaps a legal advise from their concil? because using a new wheel picture would open them up to a law suit?
