I've seen a few vintage MBs recently on TV. I figured I'd share them with you

Seinfeld: On this episode ("The Jimmy", when Kraimer is hailing a cab, a beautiful 108 or 109 MB is in the foreground

(Skittles?) commercial: I believe it's Skittles, but I forget. Blender hands may distract, but clearly those are bundt cake rims on the MB the people are sitting on. 114 or 115?

Not pictured: I believe it was for Curel. It was a lotion. The 111 cabriolet is seen briefly.

If I reinstall my VIVO software, I'll grab better shots for you guys if you like. I'll save the ep of Seinfeld, and surely those commercials will be on again.

The Mel Brooks film 'High Anxiety' was on tv the other night, he's chauffered around in a clean 600 lwb.

Of course there's that 108 in "Enemy of the State" which meets an unspeakable end. Saw that for the first time recently.

In that same category is the Benz in the matinee classic "Roadhouse" which is dispatched with little ceremony. Not to mention Swayze's 63 Riviera which is trashed for no good reason nor plot development. But that's a different marque for a different board.

Neither, it's a W123.

Saw the otherwise lame Trail of the Pink Panther a couple of days ago. It's loaded with MB's. There are two of the old 70's limos and several sedans in the Hong Kong scenes.

This was the film released after Peter Sellers died that was made from deleted scenes and outtakes.
