1976 300D Transmission Shift problems

I have a 76 300D, the tranmission overshoots the shift point. Iam just beginning to look at this problem, Is there vacuum to this transmission?
Or is it all mechanical??
I have ordered some bushings for the shifter and some rod ends that are worn. So far

Any help on this problem, and does anyone know where to get an overhaul manual for this transmission??

Thanks

K-1 thread

You may want to search on the K-1 mod which may assist your shifting woes. To my knowledge, there isn't vacuum on this tranny, but I am not sure. I am sure those that know will chime in.
