I've decided that as long as a car is largely rust-free and structurally sound, I can work with little mechcanical and electrical gremlins. This 735 has good paint and good leather under a layer of dust and tree sap, so it has potential. It largely runs OK too, so there isn't too much to do to make it a good daily driver.

Well, the 735iL has a decent engine, but the rest of the car isn't exactly famous for being "simple and easy to work on"!

Happy Motoring, Mark

Yeah, getting an elaborate tank like that really wasn't the plan...but it does drive nicely. I keep finding myself drawn to big luxurious sedans, with all sorts of bells and whistles that cost a fortune to fix.
