Does anyone know where to add power steering fluid to a '72 280SEL 4.5?

Yeah should be a wingnut on reservoir at the belt driven pump. Look for a pancake filter inside too. Disconnecting the return line from the steering box is method for draining the system.

The VERY bottom right is the power steering pump and resevoir. Remove the top nut (either a wing nut or a round "thumb nut") and fill with whatever's in there - either ATF or PS fluid. I started putting PS fluid in mine simply because it doesn't groan when it's below freezing out - the lid will say "Nur Automatic Transmission Fluid"
