77 300D headlights

I just bought a 77 300D(tonight). On my first drive around town one of my headlights and both of my foglights went out. I know very little about fixing anything on a car but would like to start fixing things on my own. Can anyone offer any guidance on this one?
Thanks

Behind the headlights is a black plug. Start by unplugging, cleaning contacts and testing for power. The left and right are on different fuses on the 123. So blowing one fuse will not cause both to go out.

On edit I see that you said one headlight. Check the fuse first. Try rolling the fuse. The fuse box is under the hood above the brake booster.
