I have a similar body kit. This brand is Zender, they still make body kits in germany, but not anymore for the 107.This looks very much like the one in the pic.
I saw once this kit in ebay, it went very cheap

it looks nice, but i probably wouldn't do it (you're gonna kill me) unless my bumpers were rusty!

Am interested what make/model seats have been installed in your car ? They look to have better "bolstering" although the headrests look alittle odd. I think on your car a set of "custom" rims would make this an even more "steamline/elegant" car. Thanks for the pix's. Dave

Tom: I would not do it either, if the car was otherwise factory original. This tuning had been done in the 80's, so its in fact tuning of that era and original in that sense. I like it.
Dave: the seats are leather Recaro seats of the 80's. very good to sit in. they were installed at the same time as the kit. What do you mean by custom rims ?

There's a Zender for sale near me, and even though I'm an MB enthusiast, I've never heard of one.

I know this is an older thread, but it sure helped me identify my rear bumper on my car. I have been looking for over a month to figure out what kind of rear bumper was on the car.
Thank you for the help.
