you've two choices, buy a new one from the dealer or take the old hose ends to a hydraulic shop and have them remake it. The cost is under 100$ either way. -CTH

Have you tried the sponsers of this site? Click on the Buy Parts tab above. I hear they can get stuff not listed on the site. Otherwise, the Mercedes dealer should be able to get it. Also, you could get a copy of Hemmings Motor News. There are always lots of ads for parts suppliers in there.

after a hunt

hey forum, after a few hours of chasing i was able to come up with the correct fittings and clips, got a complete hose made of stainless and teflon for 78.00 so if anyone needs to solve the problem permently let me know. the teflon inside should never cause the problem that the rubber hose does, matter of fact i am going to change all my clutch hoses on all cars because the rubber deteriates and the small pieces find their way to the slave cyl and master cyl.

One note of caution regarding braided stainless steel hoses. Make SURE they do not touch or rub against anything. They will chew through anything they touch.

use the stainless hose that has the none abrasive coating, thats the one the bikers use.
also this hose cant touch anything as it is installed.
