Door lock question - 1972 250C

In theory, should my 1972 250C have electric or vacuum powered door locks? I had the passenger door apart yesterday and did not see any door lock components, apart from the normal rods and levers.

Is it possible that I don't have power locks?

Power door locks were an option in the 250C's. They would be vacuum locks. Do you have vacuum lines running to the doors (inside the flexible boots along with your window wires)?

If you do have vacuum lines then you have a vacuum solenoid inside the door connected to a rod.

No vacuum lines, so I am guessing I have manual locks.

Thanks.

I was surprised that my 71 250C doesn't have them. I mean, my 73 220D did for goodness sake.

Bet you have vacuum seatback locks, though.....
