109 squeek and "burp"

I have two vexing problems with my '72 109. The engine occasionally, and only for a moment, misfires while cruising. There is no pattern to it. The other problem is that the car emits a series of high pitched squeels when I come to a stop (not the brakes). Unfortunately, it doesn't last long enough for me to get out, open the hood and try and pinpoint the source. Is this a 109/ air suspension issue? Mine has been rebuilt and works fine in all discerable respects. Any ideas? Thanks

Electronic ignition- bad/corroded connection for the miss, and loose belts for the squeal?

Pump for the air suspension is on the back of the power steering pump.
