I had a similar problem when the bolts holding the locking mechanism on the edge of the door worked loose, if its the same problem I was able to open the door by putting the key in the lock and turning it at the same time as pushing the button. Unfortunately you cant take the door card off when the door is closed without breaking it to get to the mechanism. You may be able to lift the lip off the top of the door body and pull it back enough but I doubt it.

Is your door lock actuated?

If neither inside or outside handles work, it may your locking mehcanism.

Try to lift the black tab, to the inside, and see if that unlocks it.
Also, as previously suggested, try your key in the outside lock and lock/unlock several times.

You should be able to remove both the door lock and door release handles on the inside without removing the upholstery, and this will give you some added movement on both actuating arms.
