Shop secrets to avoid rapid car aging

In the effort to keep my car from aging or falling apart to fast I'm looking for suggestions on the following:
1. Treatment for rubber seals (would silicon spray help or hurt, how about glycerin)
2. Glue to hold rubber seal in place (the AutoZone stuff does nut hold up )
3. Wax for hollow spaces like sills etc. (anyone heard about FERTAN)
4. Glue to repair veneer (how is regular wood glue with humid environments)
5. Paint to finish veneer.
Any recommendations on wood refinishing places?

Thanks.

The common one used in England and highly regarded in the classic circles is Waxoyl.

Drew @ Heritage Woodworks in North Carolina. Very nice man and a big MB enthusiast.
