Q: Why do all the low riders have chain steering wheels?
A: So you can drive with your handcuffs on, man.

Sigh.

That's what happens in a country with no capital punishment.

Of course, here in America, we get punished by whom we put into our capitals.

I may be mistaken....

but I thought the owners of vehicles in European nations are forbidden to do their own car repairs. It must be done by a car repair business.

Anyone else heard of this?

Its true.

Rolls Royces have locks on their hoods too so only the dealer can work on them!

Well, with butcherings like that, maybe it SHOULD be the case!

Seriously, that is VERY unsafe at any highway speed with all that rear camber. You'll blow out a tire in no time!

In the UK you need to notify the insurance company of Any mods and if it has had major mods, then an enginers report is needed. Some people dont bother to do this which is fine untill you have an accident or need to make a claim.

Ive seen a lowered 250se which looked quite cool. I will try to remember where and post a pic
