Been a member here for several years but dropped out of sight for a bit. Retired in 2001 and moved away. Had some changes in my isp and kinna got out of touch. Been thru 2 other cars but still have my 73 450se. Used to correspond withe Peter Hacker and Richard Hattaway a lot. Got in touch with Richard last week but lost track of Peter.
If memory serves me correctly, there was a page of this forum dedicated to members cars. Has it been done away with or have I become computer challenged? I follow F1 racing pretty close and am really glad McClaren has stepped up to the plate again. Anyone seen pics of the 2008 machine? Wicked looking!Anyone who could pass alon some info on the old time members? Appreciated! I do most of my own work if it does not require special tools. My gosh these cars don't need much. I worked on Harley Davidson motorcycles most of my life and can appreciate the dedication people need to follow their trade or hobby. Enough for now. Will update my personal profile soon.
