There are a couple of variations of the W115/W114 dash boards. The main difference is the radio speaker grille.

I've got a perfect dash I scored years ago for my 250C hanging in the shop, but they are hard to find..... I've got a coverlay on it for now.

It's been a while, but I know the upholstery pattern changed in 1973. Went from a leather grain to a pebble grain. I wouldn't be surprised if the dash changed as well.
