I made a purchase of weatherstrip kit over $700 worth from www.dbdepot.de, paid through PayPal and no responce for almost 2 weeks. No replies to my e-mails no boxes at my door steps.

Has anyone heard anything bad about these guys?

I tried to order some new subfarme mounts at the end of last week via e-mail and it got bounced back, however I don't think there is anything wrong. Andreas is a decent enough guy in my experince and I called to find out what the problem with e-mail was - I got his anwer phone message which basically says he's on holiday till the 31st March. I suspect that his e-mail server is probably bouncing stuff because it's reached his in box limit or something similar and maybe you're goods haven't been despacthed yet ? Personaly I've bought many hundreds of pounds (dollars x2) worth of stuff from DB depot over the last years and have had no trouble, so I'm just going to call Andreas on Monday and take it from there. Here's hoping he just likes 2 week holidays.

I had zero problems with dbdepot,Andreas was kind to answer my e-mail just in an hour,giving me detailed info about the ordering ,etc...

He was very helpful and very quick to answer questions. Well, if the message says on vacation till 31 then I will wait. He does seem like a descent man.

Easter holidays in Western Europe are going on. They are typically the week before and after Easter. A two week holiday is quite normal at this time, especially in Germany.

I had a similar problem where I didn't receive a response to an initial order I had placed. I sent an email using the German language link and Andreas replied. There was some technical problem with the English side of the web site. I'm sure there's reasonable explanation. I was very happy with my order from them.
