Question 450SL - Washer fluid not spraying, am I missing a connection? (Pic attached)

I have a 1980 450SL, and when I try to get it to spray washer fluid on my windshield, my wipers will work, but no fluid is being sprayed (And yes, I did check, and there is fluid). This has not worked since I have had the car.

I was trying to track down the problem, and when I looked at the washer fluid reservoir, I saw what appeared to be a plug connection, but nothing was connected to it. I have attached a picture of what i'm talking about. Can anyone tell me if there is something that is supposed to be plugged in there, and if so, where it should be coming from?

Thanks!

Unless there is another pump just next to it(under your text box) I suspect that there is supposed to be a connector plugged in where you are pointing.

My SEC and SD are laid out differently, but they both have wiring connected to the pumps in a similar setup on the reservoir.

Best of luck finding the wiring harness!

I think the plug is from the side ,not the top, should pull right out of resevior, yes the fluid will drain out, gotta be there somewhere
