Ponton Engine Swap

Anyone here ever swap out the flathead in a ponton for something else?

No but I would imagine the later pontoon equipped ohc engines would bolt in.

You can talk with Drew Tibchek (the wood guy) about how much fun it was to put an M130E into a ponton. Other folks have put more modern 4 cyl diesels in their 180D and 190D.

The engine mounts, clutch pedal mechanisms and shifter on the ponton are very different from their 60s and 60s counter-parts.
